Miranda Rae Barnes (b.1994), a photo-based artist from Brooklyn, NY. Barnes currently lives and works between Brooklyn, NY, and Austin, TX.
Miranda's practice draws from vernacular photography, often documenting moments of communion, celebration, and coming of age.
Photographing across the United States for both self-initiated and commissioned projects, Miranda’s work has been featured in publications including Afar, Architectural Digest, Departures, Financial Times, T Magazine, The New Yorker, The New York Times, WSJ Magazine, Wallpaper, W Magazine, Vanity Fair, and Vogue Magazine. She has also worked with a wide range of editorial clients throughout her career.
Rahim Fortune
Rahim Fortune (b.1994), a member of the Chickasaw Nation of Oklahoma, is a visual artist whose work examines American identity through the lens of families, communities, and the shifting geographies of migration and resettlement. His practice blends portraiture and landscape to uncover the resilience, memory, and history embedded in cities across the Rust Belt, offering intimate reflections on place, labor, and home.
Rahim’s photobooks, I Can’t Stand to See You Cry and Hardtack, have received international recognition, earning nominations and awards including the Rencontres d’Arles Louis Roederer Discovery Award and the Deutsche Börse Photography Foundation Prize. His work has been exhibited globally and is held in major collections such as the High Museum of Art, LUMA Arles, the Victoria and Albert Museum, and the Boston Museum of Fine Art.
